Millenium Micro Group is a company offering services to its affiliated merchants; such services include the provision of an e-commerce infrastructure. Millenium Micro Group is a company legally independent from your affiliated merchant Group Millenium Micro (this affiliated merchant being referred to hereinafter as “Your Merchant”), which is the entity with which you are doing business.

 

"Web price only"

The prices displayed on this website are "Web prices only," meaning that these prices apply only to a purchase made online, on your Merchant's website. The prices displayed by your Merchant on the web and in-store may differ. The Merchant cannot be held responsible for any price difference between the web price visible online and the price in store.

Promotional pricing

Promotional offers made by Your Merchant and scheduled by Millenium Micro Group start at midnight on the start date, and end at 11:59 p.m. on the end date, Eastern time (Montreal, Toronto, Quebec City) in all cases. In the case of promotional offers made exclusively by Your Merchant, the duration and start and end times of the promotional offer may vary.

Unless otherwise specified, the same applies to special promotional events (such as online-only sales).

 

Correction of printing or other errors and/or merchandise stock-outs, including price errors

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information while avoiding errors. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it. In the event that the product you are delivered is not what you ordered, Your Merchant will be pleased to take it back and to offer you a replacement or a full refund (see the Conditions Governing the Return, Exchange, or Refund of Products Purchased Online).

In general, you should know that the price and availability of a product are subject to change without notice. When an error is found, it is corrected.

Clause applicable only to consumers (as this term is defined in the Quebec Consumer Protection Act) residing in the Province of Quebec:

Your Merchant will apply the Quebec Consumer Protection Act regarding distance contracts. Upon approval of the order, a contract is established between you and Your Merchant. Your Merchant may not make any modification to your order without obtaining your prior consent.

Clause not applicable to consumers (as this term is defined in the Quebec Consumer Protection Act) residing in the province of Quebec:

Your Merchant reserves the right to cancel an offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after the order has been placed, and even if the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Your Merchant will refund you by crediting your credit or debit card the amount charged. The time at which the amount will be credited to your account is subject to rules specific to each bank.

 

Policy regarding announced mail-in rebates

Any applicable taxes are calculated and payable on the price before rebate. Postage costs for mail-in rebates must be paid by the beneficiary. Mail-in rebates payable in U.S. dollars are subject to fluctuation in the exchange rate and may result in processing fees from financial institutions. Unless otherwise indicated, a mail-in rebate may be valid for one item per customer and/or mailing address. No rain checks are accepted. Your Merchant is not responsible for manufacturers’ mail-in rebates.

 

Delivery

Delivery of orders is dependent on the availability of the product(s) in our warehouse and those of our providers. Items may become out of stock between the moment you place your order and the moment the transaction is processed and accepted by Your Merchant. Items out of stock will be shipped as soon as possible once we receive them from the manufacturer or supplier or from the distributor or publisher. Please keep in mind the delivery time indicated.

If you selected the desired delivery method yourself, Your Merchant’s liability ends as of the moment your package is handed over to your carrier, and Your Merchant may not be held liable for damage, breakage, delay, loss, or theft during shipment.
